Takeout Tuesday Fundraiser: Chipotle Mexican Grill - Tuesday, September 15, 4-8 p.m.

• Enjoy your favorite Chipotle meal while giving back to our school community. Chipotle will donate 20% of event sales to Groveton when our fundraiser reaches the minimum sales goal of $150. 

Visit the Chipotle at 6770 Richmond Highway from 4-8 p.m. Be sure to mention you're supporting Groveton Elementary before paying, or use the fundraiser code VF3L648 when ordering online or through the Chipotle app.

Groveton's Back-to-School Night - Thursday, September 17, 5:30-7 p.m.

• Join us for Back-to-School Night from 5:30-7 p.m. to meet teachers, learn about classroom goals and expectations and discover ways to support student success throughout the school year. Say "hi" to the PTA at our table in the lobby! 

Kick-off PTA Meeting - Thursday, September 17, 7-7:30 p.m.

• The first PTA meeting of the 2026/27 school year will immediately follow Back-to-School Night, from 7-7:30 p.m. in the Groveton Cafeteria, allowing families and teachers the opportunity to attend. Families are invited to stay and connect with the PTA. Pizza will be available and concession snacks (potentially) available for purchase.

Attendance Awards Popcorn Party - Friday, September 25, 7-11 a.m.

• Dr. Swoger's first Attendance Awards Challenge is complete. Now, it's time to reward our Tigers for their great work! Helpers are needed to fill popcorn bags and deliver them to eligible classrooms. It's a quick, fun way to support our students! 

• Have a few minutes before work? Volunteering starts at 7 a.m. this year!

PTA Meeting - Wednesday, October 7, 8-9 a.m.

• The first PTA meeting of the 2026/27 school year will immediately follow Back-to-School Night, from 7-7:30 p.m. in the Groveton Cafeteria, allowing families and teachers the opportunity to attend. Families are invited to stay and connect with the PTA. Pizza will be available and concession snacks (potentially) available for purchase.

Order from the Paisano's at 6937A Telegraph Road any time on October 20. Be sure to mention you're supporting Groveton Elementary before placing your order or write it in the Remarks text field for online orders.
